1st Full Day

Today started out wonderfully.  Robby woke up and after I fed him, he was awake for a bit.  I thought maybe this would be one of the odd times he stayed awake for the morning.  Not long after I thought that, he fell asleep on my chest.  I absolutely love when he does that.  I love to hear him breathing and feel his sweet breaths.  He's perfect in every way but when he sleeps I get to just stare at him and it really sinks in just how beautiful and perfect he is!

We had a little photo session this morning before we got ready for the day.  He was so happy and smiley!  I also got a great video of him (and I tried to not talk much so you shouldn't have to mute it today! :-)

Catie texted me this morning and asked if I wanted to join her and Josh, her parents, and her grandparents at Blue Sky for lunch.  I said of course!  Josh made Robby laugh and smile and Catie was able to hold him (for the last time before Gus is born!!).  I think we are going to have to get a lit sign of Robby's name for his nursery because he kept staring at all the lit beer signs!  We were all cracking up at how he would just look at them so intently!
Here is one of Robby's favorite signs :-)
Getting in a little practice before their grandson is here!

This evening one of my friends came and held Robby while I got some stuff done here at the house.  As I was making a list of all I needed to do before the movers come on Thursday I started feeling quite overwhelmed.  So I made a plea on facebook and she answered!  I was able to empty out our refrigerator so I could get that started defrosting.  Then I went through the cabinets and threw out things that were expired (we had so many spices that we let go bad!) or that the movers won't pack and move.  I'm pretty much done, except for grouping all the things together that I don't want the movers to pack and packing the clothes I want to take myself.

One of Tim's professors from pharmacy school (and she's our friend) brought me and Robby a gift.
This was my gift!  It is my absolute favorite combination of cake/icing, vanilla cupcake with cream cheese frosting!  And she didn't even know that was favorite!  :-)

Here is today's video:

Please keep our friends Josh and Catie in your prayers.  Catie is being induced tonight.  Gus should be here sometime tomorrow!!

Tim,
I love you!  I had no idea how hard it would be to text you and not be able to get a response.  I hope you enjoyed the pictures I sent you throughout the day.  I can't wait to hear all about what you did today.  I'm so proud of you!

Dearest Randi and Robby,
First of all, Robert William Weigle, you stop growing RIGHT this minute! You're not allowed to change when I'm not around!
Second of all, Randi...I am so proud of you. I know this isn't easy but I know you're doing your best and trusting God's plan. You're such a strong woman and I pray this time goes quickly for your precious little family.
