I took this picture and sent it to Mandy this weekend. I was a little shocked when I woke up to my feet looking like this Sunday morning. I thought the swelling from Saturday would have gone down overnight.
But, like I've said, I'm thankful to have made it to 34 weeks without any major feet and hand swelling!

You probably already know this, but my midwives recommended soaking in the tub or swimming to reduce swelling. Also, drink tons of water. It seems a little counter-intuitive to surround yourself with/ingest more water, but it works!
I drink a gallon-a gallon and a half of water a day but I will try soaking them some. I kind of think it's just an end of pregnancy thing because I haven't had a problem with it this entire time. I also read that once the baby drops, the legs and feet swell more because of how the baby is now laying. I don't know how true that is, though!
remember what I said about needing new socks?! Time to find a bunch of Christmas movies and spend some time on the couch! :) I also have one of those cheap foot baths from walmart that I used a lot when I reached this stage...felt so good. Hang in there--you are SO close! Can't wait to meet my nephew! Love you! Natalie
My feet look just like that after I have a day at work!! I only really have two pair of shoes that fit now. What we do for our babies :)
