Well, Little Man, you have experienced SO much in your first 3 months!
In the past month, you have moved to a brand new city, taken several long car rides (you did amazing on them, by the way!), have established a nap routine during the day, transitioned to cloth diapers, and rolled over! Probably the most significant that occurred in the last month or so is that your daddy was gone. He was at Commissioned Officer Training in Alabama. You went and saw him graduate which was fun. You took your first plane trip and did so great. To say you are an adaptable baby would really be an understatement. Nothing seems to really upset your routine (the first day after the first 12 hour car trip was a little rough but I think it was because you were sore from being in your carseat that long).
You are still loving your 3 hour feeding schedule during the day. I was surprised at how you put yourself in a nap routine. You go to sleep between 8:45-9:30 no matter if we are at home, in the car, or in a store. And you take another nap sometime between 1:30-2:30. Most evenings, you take another quick nap around 5:30 or 6. You are still sleeping so great at night. Bedtime is about 7:30 and you sleep until your first feeding around 5ish, then sleep until 8. I'm so thankful that you enjoy your nighttime sleep because I enjoy mine, as well! You love your new nursery and crib and also seem to love the cloth diapers. They have been relatively easy to switch to, so that makes it nice on both of us.
We usually try to run our errands in the mornings after daddy leaves for work. I think everyone at Target is getting close to recognizing us and pretty soon, I'm sure they will know our names. You make friends everywhere you go. Your smile is amazing and infectious. People can't just walk by you, they have to talk to you and tell us how cute you are. You are quite the talker and love to look at pictures of yourself and mirrors!
You rolled over for the first time 4 days before you turned 3 months old. I have yet to see it happen because you like to do it in your crib. I've even tried to trick you and hang around after I put you in it but you just like to play games and wait until I leave the room. Last night, daddy was putting your paci back in your mouth and you started acting like you were going to roll over, so he looked up to call me in there and RIGHT THEN you rolled over. He didn't see it happen but felt you do it. You little stinker!!
We think you are absolutely perfect and love all the changes you have made in the past month. You are a continual blessing and I look forward to waking up every morning to see you smiling at me from your crib!
We love you more than you will ever know!
