It's been a while!

Needless to say, quite a bit has changed in the last 5 months! First, and most importantly, Tim graduated from pharmacy school at the end of May. It was such a great feeling to watch him shake hands with the dean and receive his diploma. We were done! We made it! I couldn't be more proud of him. We had lots of family come in for the weekend and had a fun dinner with everyone the evening after graduation. I'm grateful everyone could make it. It meant a lot to both of us.

Second, I am once again employed by Weigle, Inc! A week after Tim graduated, I quit my job. I am going to work as needed at the office whenever someone is sick or on vacation. In fact, I'm working Monday and Tuesday of this week while one of the girls is on vacation. It will be nice to see everyone about once a month. I am loving my new life, and so are the dogs! It is possible that Tim loves me being home even more than I do. He loves how calm and stress-free our home is and how rested and happy I am.

You might be wondering what Tim is doing now. Well, he has been accepted by the Air Force and he will complete his officer training in March 2011, which is a little later than we had planned. We will be moving once he gets back, which will probably be the middle of April. Tim has been assigned to Randolph AFB in San Antonio. We are excited about the move and are hoping to buy a house when we get down there. For now, Tim is working at an independent pharmacy in Borger, TX where he had a rotation last summer. I am very thankful that this job was available since we have about 10 months until we move and he kind of needs to work during that time! He loves the work there and once he is licensed he will be able to do more. He took his licensing exam this past Thursday (also our 4 year wedding anniversary!) and his law exam is this Tuesday. We are hoping to find out if he passed and is licensed by the beginning of July.

I have lots of pictures to post, most from Tim's graduation but I need to have Tim transfer the pictures to my laptop. Once that is done, I will be sure to put them on here!
