A little photo shoot!

Catie and I have been looking forward to getting some pictures together and of the boys together since I planned my trip. This morning before church we got the boys all dressed up and took some pictures!

We have had a blast here these last few days. It's been fun for Catie and me to just do everyday stuff together. Had we not moved away, this would kind of be the norm. I can't think about it very much or I get sad! I'm blessed to have a great friend to walk this path of motherhood with, even if we are several hundred miles apart as we do it!

While the big boys were napping, Aunt Catie and Charlie had some fun time together!

Gus and Robby had some fun playing outside yesterday. They played with sidewalk chalk, sticks, and yard tools, rode in the wagon, and got their pictures taken! It was a blast!

After all that fun outside, they were in need of a bath!












After bath, they wound down with a book.








Robby has started calling Josh "da" because that's what Gus says. I was worried he was getting "da" confused with "daddy" but when I talked to Tim later he called him "daddy". So I just think he thinks Josh's name is "da"! Haha!

Pancake breakfast!

This morning Catie made pancakes for us. Like everything she makes, they were wonderful!






After breakfast, the boys played.

Fun, full day!

Yesterday, we took the boys and went to Clovis (about 30 minutes away) to go to Hobby Lobby so we could get some fun things to work on projects for the nursery (Josh and Catie are expecting a little girl in November). We put all the car seats in the 4Runner and loaded up the double stroller and single stroller then hit the road.



Gus dozed off on the way.



We spent over an hour and a half at Hobby Lobby.



The boys did great. We got back in the car to get some lunch only for Robby to fall asleep! So we grabbed some Wendy's then headed home.



We got home and the boys played.


There was a little confusion about who Kaikai belonged to.



But we got it all straightened out!



During Gus and Charlie's nap, Robby got some individual play time. Also, he insisted on wearing Gus's shoes around the house.


Then we played outside for a little bit after naptime.






What more could a couple of SAHMs need??






Then, last night we went to the original Leal's Mexican restaurant. I have missed Leal's so much and had been looking forward to going when I got here. Robby enjoyed the cheese dip.
